Recording Site:  Wrist over the ulnar nerve (bar electrode)

Reference Site:  Wrist over the ulnar nerve (bar electrode)

Ground:  Top of hand

Stimulation Site:  Palm, between the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones.

Procedure:  The recording and reference electrodes (bar electrode) are placed proximal to the wrist crease below the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon.  The stimulation site is in the palm of the hand between the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones, based on a distance of 8 cm.  The stimulation site is always determined first.
