Intramedullary metastases, multiple transverse sections of spinal cord.

Intramedullary spinal cord metastasis are very rare. This patient had small cell carcinoma of the lung with numerous intramedullary spinal cord metastasis and no evidence of metastatic disease above the foramen magnum
