C) choroid plexus of the lateral ventricles

This answer is correct.

The anterior choroidal artery supplies the choroid plexus of the inferior horn of the lateral ventricle, the optic tract, part of the cerebral peduncle, the genu and posterior limb of the internal capsule, part of the hippocampus, and part of the thalamus.  (See References)

D) anterior limb of the internal capsule

This answer is incorrect.

The anterior limb of the internal capsule is commonly supplied by lateral MCA perforators, medial MCA perforators, ACA perforators and Heubner's artery. The anterior choroidal artery does provide some of the supply to the genu and posterior limb of the internal capsule.  (See References)
