Cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) is the net pressure of the blood flowing through the brain. It is one of the determinants of cerebral blood flow. CPP must be regulated within narrow limits. If it drops too low, ischemia will result. CPP is defined by the following equation:
CPP = MAP - ICP,

where MAP is mean arterial pressure, and ICP is Intracranial pressure.
In this unfortunate person's case, MAP = 170mmHg, and ICP =80 mmHg. Solving for CPP, 170 - 80 = 90 mmHg.  (See References)
