Recording Site:  Wrist over median nerve (bar electrode)

Reference Site:  Wrist over median nerve (bar electrode)

Ground:  Top of hand

Stimulation Site:  Palm, between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones.

Procedure:  The recording and reference electrodes (bar electrode) are placed proximal to the wrist crease between the flexor carpi radialis and palmaris longus tendons.  The stimulation site is in the palm of the hand between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones, based on a distance of 8 cm.  The stimulation site is always determined first.
