Origin:  C6 root, upper trunk and lateral cord of the brachial plexus,
      Musculocutaneous nerve

Recording Site:  Forearm (bar electrode)

Reference Site:  Forearm (bar electrode)

Ground:  Forearm

Stimulation Site:  Elbow

Procedure:  The recording and reference electrodes (bar electrode) is placed on the forearm with G1 placed 12 cm from the lateral side of the biceps tendon at the elbow crease.  Stimulation occurs at the elbow crease at the lateral side of the biceps tendon.
