Angiocentric Glioma, high power H&E stain
Not surprisingly, the angiocentric glioma is characterized by perivascular accumulation of cells such as is demonstrated in this photograph. The resemblance of the structures to perivascular pseudo-rosettes has lead some to believe that the angiocentric glioma may represent cortically based ependymoma.
