Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor, ventral surface of brain.
A fungating mass can be seen extruding from the left cerebellar hemisphere. In this patient, tumor was present throughout the ventricular system of the brainstem, and extended out through the foramina into the subarachnoid space. In addition, the tumor extended throughout the cerebellar hemisphere and directly into the subarachnoid space.
