help What is FrontalCortex.com? Mar 12, 2008 @ 21:17

FrontalCortex.com is a resource for residents, medical students, and attending physicians studying neurology.

It features a free question bank with over 230 questions. Each of these questions has many permutations, so that you'll get a slightly different question each time you load it. Some of the questions have billions of permutations, so they're like having an entire question bank in one question.

Every question is required to have bibliographic references to verfiyable sources, so that you can trust and check the facts presented.  Every question in is written or reviewed and edited by the editor, J. Douglas Miles, M.D., Ph.D.

Use of the question bank is free of charge to everyone, everywhere.

To help keep the question bank growing, users are encouraged to contribute their own questions.

FrontalCortex.com has other features, too:

  • User forums: leave comments, or start a discussion on a new topic.
  • User groups lets you set up a group of users you would like to share e-mails or private forums with.
  • Free PDA Software: FrontalCortex offers helpful neurology-oriented programs for PalmOS handhelds.
  • Merchandise: Buy board review books, textbooks, and videos. We also offer our unique FrontalCortex.com Parietal Watches for men and women.
  • Image Gallery: A gallery of EEGs, MRIs, and other images which can be incorporated into questions in the question bank.
  • eMail: Get a FrontalCortex.com email address, provided by gmail. Over 2GB of space for your mail.

Plus, at the bottom of most pages on FrontalCortex.com, including all the questions in the question bank, you can leave your own comments, observations, and suggestions. Please feel free to let us know what you think.

Howdy. Thanks for letting me know. With some recent upgrades, the question editor developed a bug. I tracked it down and fixed it; it should work now. Thanks for trying to submit a question!
