Sharing the spindle cell/desmoplastic milieu with the desmoplastic infantile astrocytoma, this desmoplastic infantile ganglioma demonstrates similar presentation as a large, often multi-lobe, multicystic mass in very early childhood, as well as the usually very favorable postoperative outcome.
