This answer is correct.


The dorsal ulnar cutaneous nerve (DUC) is a cutaneous branch of the lnar nerve which is given before the ulnar nerve enters into the Guyon's Canal so its preserved in this ulnar neruopathy at wrist.  (See References)

B) Radial Sensory Nerve at Thumb

This answer is incorrect.


Its cutaneous branch of Radial nerve & Not involved in Guyon's Canal Syndrome which is ulnar neuropathy at wrist.  (See References)

E) F5 Ulnar digital sensory branch

This answer is incorrect.


Though its branch of Ulnar nerve but it should not be preserved in Guyon's Canal at wrist as it emerges after the ulnar nerve enters the Guyon's Canal that is ulnar nerve entrapment site at wrist hence it would be involved in Guyon's Canal Syndrome which is ulnar neuropathy at wrist.  (See References)
