ANSWERS AND EXPLANATIONS

A) anterior limb of the internal capsule

This answer is incorrect.

The anterior limb of the internal capsule is commonly supplied by lateral MCA perforators, medial MCA perforators, ACA perforators and Heubner's artery. The anterior choroidal artery does provide some of the supply to the genu and posterior limb of the internal capsule.  (See References)

B) choroid plexus of the third ventricle

This answer is incorrect.

The choroid plexus of the third ventricle is supplied by the posterior choroidal arteries.  (See References)
