Origin:  C8-T1 root, lower trunk and medial cord of the brachial plexus

Recording Site:  Forearm (bar electrode)

Reference Site:  Forearm (bar electrode)

Ground:  Forearm

Stimulation Site:  Elbow

Procedure:  The recording and reference electrodes (bar electrode) is placed on the anteromedial forearm with G1 placed 12 cm from the stimulation site at the elbow.  The stimulation site at the elbow is located 4 cm lateral to the medial epicondyle of the humerus, medial to the median nerve at the elbow.
