Origin:  L3-4 roots, lumbar plexus, femoral nerve

Recording Site:  Lower calf at ankle (bar electrode)

Reference Site:  Lower calf at ankle (bar electrode)

Ground:  Lower leg

Stimulation Site:  Calf

Procedure:  The recording and reference electrodes (bar electrode) are placed between the medial malleolus and the tibialis anterior tendon.  The stimulation site is at the medial calf between the tibia and medial gastrocnemius muscle.  A distance of 12 cm is measured from G1 to the stimulation site.
