Menigioangiomatosis, H&E stain x 40
Perivascular proliferation of spindle-shaped cells with entrapped non-neoplastic cerebral cortex. Patients with meningioangiomatosis usually present with childhood epilepsy. Meningioangiomatosis may also be seen asymptomatically in patients with neurofibromatosis type II, where they are often found incidentally as multiple superficial cortical lesions
