This answer is incorrect.


Between 10 & 20 have been reported, but a third have been associated with von Hippel-Lindau disease (similar to the incidence seen with solitary cerebellar hemangioblastomas)  (See References)

Although uncommon, hemangioblastoma is one of the most common cerebellar tumors encountered in (particularly young) adults  (See References)
