Sneddon Syndrome is a progressive noninflammatory thrombotic vasculopathy affecting small vessels within the brain and skin. This close up view of the surface of the cerebral cortex demonstrates numerous small pits, each representing infarcts related to occlusion of distal small caliber cerebral arterioles.
